On 26th August 2026, the Board of Directors of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina) issued Decision No. 68/2026/QĐ-HĐQT on the appointment of the company’s General Director.

According to the decision, Mr. Phùng Quang Trung has been appointed General Director of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company for a fixed term, effective from 3rd September 2026.

Born in 1978 in Phu Tho province, Mr. Phùng Quang Trung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has many years of experience in corporate management, finance, and production operations, having held several key positions at enterprises within the chemical industry and fertiliser production sectors. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his management expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership ability.

Previously, from 15th December 2025, Mr. Phùng Quang Trung was appointed Director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company by its Board of Directors.
His appointment as General Director of Casumina marks a step towards strengthening the company’s key leadership team and sets the requirement to further enhance management efficiency, operations, and competitiveness in this new stage of development.

With his background in management, finance, and production, Mr. Phùng Quang Trung is expected to harness his abilities and, together with Casumina’s leadership and workforce, effectively implement production and business tasks, consolidate the company’s activities, and lay the foundation for stable and sustainable development in the years ahead.
