03:22 PM @ Monday - 03 August, 2026

On the afternoon of 3rd August 2026, at the headquarters of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), the Group held a ceremony to announce the decision to reappoint Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo as Director of the Chemical Trade and Service Center.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council; Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – General Director; along with other Group leaders and heads of specialist departments.

At the ceremony, Mr. Phạm Quốc Đại, Head of Human Resources, announced Decision No. 368/QĐ-HCVN dated 14th July 2026 of the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group on the reappointment of Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo as Director of the Chemical Trade and Service Center, for a term of five years from 15th July 2026.

Presenting the decision and assigning duties, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú congratulated Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo on continuing to earn the trust of the Party Committee, Members’ Council, and Group leadership. The General Director acknowledged the achievements of the Chemical Trade and Service Center in the past term, and expressed confidence that with her experience, management skills, and sense of responsibility, Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo would continue to fulfil her leadership role and, together with the Center’s team, successfully accomplish the tasks assigned, making a positive contribution to the Group’s development in the new period.

Emphasising Vinachem’s future development requirements, the General Director requested the Center to continue strengthening its organisation and building a team capable of meeting new tasks, with a focus on two key priorities.

Firstly, to further develop the VinachemMart e-commerce platform. Despite initial achievements, there is a need to continue innovating its business model, expanding the market, and improving business efficiency so that VinachemMart becomes an effective distribution channel, promoting the brand and sales of products from the Group’s member units.

Secondly, to intensify commercial activities, enhance business performance, and make a positive contribution to the revenue and effectiveness of both the parent company and the Group as a whole.

The General Director also instructed the Center to promptly implement the operational and financial regulations issued by the Group; ensure safe, efficient, and compliant commercial operations; and communicate these tasks clearly to all staff to ensure serious adherence to assigned duties.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo expressed her honour at the continued trust placed in her by the Party Committee, Members’ Council, and Group leadership. She described this as both an honour and a significant responsibility, and thanked the Party Committee, Members’ Council, and leadership for their support and facilitation, which had enabled the Center to fulfil its duties in recent times.

Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo noted that, despite the impacts of COVID-19 and changes in business models, the Center maintained stable operations, expanded cooperation, and gradually established itself as the Group’s commercial arm. Notably, the Center developed VinachemMart into an e-commerce platform, effectively connecting production with the market.

In her new term, Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo committed to focusing on three priorities: developing fertiliser business activities towards efficiency and sustainability; further developing VinachemMart into a reputable e-commerce platform for the chemical industry, promoting digital technology in management, sales, and customer care; and enhancing the quality of office services towards professionalism and efficiency, striving to achieve four-star standards or higher when Building 3B is completed and brought into operation.

She also pledged to continue fostering a united, professional, and responsible team; create a transparent working environment that encourages innovation and individual potential; and continually improve management efficiency, making business results and the Group’s overall development the highest objectives.
