Working at the Instrumentation and Automation Workshop of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quy has devoted many years to maintaining the plant's electrical and control systems. His extensive hands-on experience has enabled him not only to troubleshoot technical issues effectively but also to identify operational shortcomings and develop practical solutions. Many of his improvement ideas have emerged directly from the day-to-day challenges encountered on the production floor and have since been successfully implemented in practice.

In recognition of his contributions to production and operations, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quy was honored by the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) as one of its Outstanding Employees of the First Quarter of 2026, under Decision No. 320/QĐ-HCVN dated June 15, 2026.

As part of his daily responsibilities, Mr. Quy regularly inspects and maintains the plant's electrical and automation systems. Whenever technical issues arise, he personally investigates the equipment, identifies the root causes, and recommends practical solutions to minimize disruptions to production.

In 2025, drawing on his practical experience, he developed the initiative "Refurbishment and Repair of the Company's Three-Digit Telephone Exchange Power Supply Card." This component is essential to the company's internal telephone exchange system, which supports communication during production operations. Previously, when the power supply card failed, internal communications were disrupted, affecting production coordination. Replacing the component not only increased costs but also required considerable waiting time for a new unit. To address this challenge, Mr. Quy researched and implemented a repair solution that restored the existing power supply card instead of replacing it. After refurbishment, the equipment resumed stable operation.

The initiative was officially adopted by the company and has helped maintain the reliability of the internal communication system. By extending the service life of existing equipment, the company has reduced repair and replacement costs while minimizing communication downtime, ensuring uninterrupted support for production activities.

In addition to this successful innovation, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quy has consistently performed his duties to a high standard over many years. In 2025, he was recognized as an Outstanding Grassroots Emulation Fighter and received an Excellent Performance rating, reflecting his sustained dedication and professional contributions.

The "Refurbishment and Repair of the Company's Three-Digit Telephone Exchange Power Supply Card" initiative continues to be applied in daily operations, helping ensure the stable performance of the communication system that supports production while reducing equipment repair and replacement costs. It stands as another practical contribution by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quy to improving the overall operational efficiency of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company.
