Having spent many years at the Thu Duc Production Plant of LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company, Mr. Vu Thanh Chung, an operator in Production Team 4, has developed an in-depth understanding of every stage of the production line. Over the years, he has become familiar with the equipment most prone to malfunction, the processes that consume excessive time, and the operational steps that could be improved. In his view, eliminating even a small inconvenience can make the work easier for the entire team while enhancing the overall efficiency of the production line.

In the first quarter of 2026, Mr. Chung successfully fulfilled 100% of his assigned production target. His daily responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring machine performance, and promptly addressing any technical issues that arise. As the production line operates continuously, each stage is closely interconnected, meaning that a problem with a single piece of equipment can affect the entire production schedule. To ensure stable operations, he consistently monitors equipment performance and works closely with his colleagues to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruptions.

In addition to performing his own duties effectively, Mr. Chung actively supports his colleagues on the production floor. Whenever equipment requires repair or adjustment, he works alongside his teammates to inspect the machinery, identify the root causes of problems, and propose practical solutions. He also willingly mentors newly recruited workers, providing hands-on guidance and sharing practical experience to help them adapt quickly to the production process. As a result, the team's operations remain well coordinated, while new employees are able to integrate smoothly into the production line.

Throughout his work, Mr. Chung continually looks for opportunities to reduce labor intensity and improve efficiency. Through daily observation, he identified several inefficiencies in the transportation of raw materials and semi-finished products. Together with his colleagues, he developed practical improvement ideas and personally participated in implementing them.

Two of his initiatives have been officially recognized and adopted by LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company: upgrading the conveyor system used to transfer semi-finished products to the fifth-floor vibrating screen, and designing an overhead hoist system for transporting solid raw materials to the feeding hopper. Both innovations originated from practical challenges encountered during routine production. After implementation, material handling became significantly more convenient, workers' physical workload was reduced, and equipment operated more reliably and efficiently.

Beyond his technical responsibilities, Mr. Chung consistently complies with occupational safety and industrial hygiene regulations. In his opinion, strict adherence to operating procedures not only ensures stable equipment performance but also safeguards the health and safety of employees while protecting the integrity of the entire production system.

In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Vu Thanh Chung was awarded the "Outstanding Employee of the First Quarter of 2026" Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem). For him, the award represents both recognition of his dedication and a source of motivation to continue identifying practical solutions that enhance production efficiency.

Each of Mr. Chung's innovations begins with the everyday tasks performed on the production line. When a single operation is streamlined, a material-handling process is improved, or workers' physical effort is reduced, production efficiency naturally increases. These may be quiet, behind-the-scenes contributions, but they play a meaningful role in ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the entire production system.
