Awarded the Creative Labour Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in 2025, Mrs. Vũ Thị Thu Hà, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry and Director of the Key Laboratory for Petrochemical Technology, has been recognised for the ECOAL additive invention—a technological solution already applied in industrial production, helping reduce fuel costs, improve energy efficiency, and deliver estimated savings of VND 110 billion for enterprises.
After a season of implementing smart coffee cultivation practices, demonstration farms in Đắk Hà commune, Quảng Ngãi province, recorded a 40.5% reduction in fruit drop, a 33% increase in the number of reserve nodes per branch, an expected 10.7% rise in green bean yield, and a 19.4% decrease in greenhouse gas emissions per tonne of green coffee compared to traditional farms. These results were announced at a review seminar organised on 22 October 2026 by Binh Dien Fertiliser Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Agricultural Extension Centre and the Centre for Research and Development of Pepper (WASI), with the participation of many local coffee growers.
On the morning of 22 October 2026, in Brussels, Belgium, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), and Mr. M. The event formed part of a high-level dialogue during the official visit of General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm to the European Union (EU) and the Kingdom of Belgium.
On the afternoon of 21 October 2026 in Hanoi, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held a working session with representatives of Green SM to discuss the provision of mobility services for employees, as well as explore opportunities for cooperation in the use of Vinachem products, the development of e-commerce channels, and the promotion of green transition communications.
As part of its working programme in Bulgaria on 19 and 20 October 2026, a delegation from the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), led by General Director Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, engaged with Bulgarian agencies and enterprises to explore cooperation opportunities in chemicals, fertilisers, tyres, industrial waste recycling, and raw materials for cosmetics and personal care. These activities are contributing to stronger business links, market expansion, and enhanced industrial cooperation between Vinachem and Bulgarian partners.
