The Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has issued Decision No. 491/QĐ-HCVN dated 14 September 2026 appointing a Controller for Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company.

According to the Decision, Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn, Specialist of the Business Planning Division at Vinachem, is appointed for a fixed term to concurrently hold the position of Controller at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company and to have overall responsibility for the company’s Supervisory Board. The term of appointment is five years.

Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn was born on 10 October 1975 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an intermediate certificate in political theory.

He began his career in May 2001 in the field of accounting, subsequently undertaking roles related to accounting and planning at various units. From June 2004 to July 2025, he worked at Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company, holding positions in the Consumption Planning Department, Material Planning Department, Planning Department, Deputy Head of Planning, and Head of Planning.

From April 2021, Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn concurrently served as Head of the Supervisory Board of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company. This role is directly linked to the company control responsibilities now assigned to him at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company.

Since December 2025, Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn has been a Specialist at the Business Planning Division of Vinachem.

Under Decision No. 491/QĐ-HCVN, Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn continues to concurrently undertake control duties at a Group member enterprise, while having overall responsibility for the Supervisory Board of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company.
