On 14 September 2026, the Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 490/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Deputy Head of the Group’s Technical Division, to concurrently serve as Member of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company. The term of appointment is five years.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt was born in 1981 in Bac Ninh province. He holds an engineering degree in Electrochemical Technology and Metal Protection from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and an intermediate certificate in political theory.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt has many years of experience in management, production operations, technology, safety, and environment in the chemical sector. At DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company – Vinachem, he held positions such as Deputy Director and Director of the DAP Workshop.

Since 2021, he has worked at the Group’s Technical Division. On 3 February 2026, the General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 60/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt as Deputy Head of the Technical Division for a five-year term from the date of signing.

He currently represents the Group’s capital and serves as a Board Member in several member enterprises.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt has made significant contributions to technical and environmental management, recognised by commendations, emulation titles, and Group-level innovation awards for environmental management.

Under Decision No. 490/QĐ-HCVN, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt is appointed concurrently as Member of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company for a five-year term.
